Return policy
We offer you a full 14-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your order. You are welcome to either exchange your item or receive a refund.
When returning items, contact us via email (order@luxiaborealis.fi) within 14 days after receiving your order. In case you do not contact us within that time, we reserve the right not to accept returned items. Please return the items in their original packaging and original condition. We will reimburse the customer if the products are not used.
Please note that the return shipping is paid by the customer and take care that you return orders with sufficient postage. If you receive a wrong or a faulty item, we will compensate you for the delivery costs. Please fill out the address with clear writing. We cannot compensate for lost packages.
